Q Are you a tour guide?

A Yes we are local Balinese company, who speak fluent English. We specialise in Lady Boss drivers but we do offer male drivers as well. We know this island as it is our home

Q Are you a Travel Agent?

A No, we do not do bookings for accommodation. We take you on tours and offer other options whilst in Bali with the local people we work with..Tailors, Massages etc.. You can also enter our accommodation portals to look for the right place for you.**SHOULD YOU REQUIRE AN ITINERARY – we can do but the cost is $150 AUD per person which can be redeemed on tours you book with us to the value of $150 AUD. This payment is required up front upon request of itinerary. No refunds/ exchanges if you do not book with us and do not like options. We do our utmost to accommodate all requests and ask that you fill out a form with requests to help with this procedure. Form needs to be  filled out and returned within 72 hours of request or loss of $150 AUD per person. We reserve the right to allow 2 changes to request per group More than this this may result in extra fees and no refund.

Q How do you charge?

A  We charge per person -Children as priced on each tour and are for 3 to under 12 years of age.  Under 2 years of age children are free. Baby car seats cost extra .Please check prices with us.

Q What is included in each tour

A Travel to and from tour destination in an air conditioned car, English speaking driver. Entry in to sites as specified in tour itinerary. Fresh bottled water, wifi in car. Pick and drops off included in our cost is for Denpasar, Sanur, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Kuta, Legian, Nusa Dua and Benoa. Pick up from other locations will require an extra fee.

Q What TBI can not control

A Whilst on tour, TBI aim to get guests to and from their accommodation within a specified time frame. Heavy traffic is beyond our control and due to this guests may be delayed. We check to ensure all sites / activities are open – in the unexpected event that a site is closed. We will endeavour to find a similar site or offer a refund.

**We are not responsible for any activities, sites or accommodation you choose. Any issues need to be taken  up directly the venue. We are only the 3 rd party vendor. We do however, want to know about the issues as the happiness of our guests is paramount and it may lead us to discontinue any promotions with a site not offering the best service to our guests.

Q What can I do with a promotion you offer

A Please add the code to the promotions/ special you are wishing to book

*You can not use more than one promotional offer for any tour/ activity

Q I want to book last minute what should I do?

Q I see alot of places offering insurance

A Our cars are insurance (third party)

Although many activities claim to have insurance

*We strongly recommend you have travellers insurance and read your policy carefully

Q Can I cancel my trip for full refund

A  Yes, Currently we require full payment at the start of the tour. Please ensure you let us know at least 10 hours before the trip otherwise we may blackmark you as standing us up.

Q Can I postpone my trip

A Maybe- this will be at the discretion of TBI. We do not do a postponed tour for only 1 person.
*Also needs to done at least 2 hours prior to tour commencement.

Rescheduling  another tour would need to be within 6 months of original tour.

You can not exchange the orginal tour for different tour.
Original driver can not be guaranteed and due to cost of living and entrance fees -we can not guarantee same fees.
Tour subject to availability.

Should your tour require certain weather conditions and is cancellation by the tour operator, we will fully refund or exchange for another tour *to the same value.

Q What is traffic and weather like

A Wet season can start from around October to March. The weather may cause some activities to be cancelled by the operators

Q What are we not allowed to do on tour.

A No Alcohol/ drugs/ smoking is allowed in TBI cars at anytime. Befoulment of our cars will cost $350 AUD extra fee. No abuse or unruly behaviour. We reserve the right to leave or call the police on any customers our drivers so not feel safe driving. To end the tour on time, guests must return tour car at specified times or TBI reserves the right to leave the guests. Heavily intoxicated guests or guests who continue to smoke  / use drugs when requested not to will be ask to leave our cars immediately.Smoking will incur the befoulment fee. All guests must also wear a seatbelt at all time in a moving vehicle.
